I’m McKay D., and I want to share my experience with Jade Oasis Wellness.

 

In just three months of working with Emma, I went from being told I needed back surgery to no longer being considered a surgery candidate. Before treatment, I had constant back and leg pain, numbness in my foot and leg, and I could barely stand, walk, or even lie down comfortably. Now, I’m walking, running, skiing and have normal sensation back in my foot and leg.

 

The surgeon says it’s coincidental, but my symptoms kept getting worse until I started working with Emma. She also treated a lingering ankle sprain I’d been dealing with for over two years, and after only two visits, it felt back to normal.

 

Emma truly understands the body and how to activate its healing potential. What stood out most to me was how intuitive and attentive she was during treatment — she never pushed my body into too much pain. It felt like she could sense exactly where my pain threshold was and adjust accordingly.

 

Before seeing Emma, I had already tried physical therapy, worked with two other massage therapists, and even received a cortisone injection. Despite all of that, my condition continued to decline. But from the very first week of treatment with Emma, and with every session after that, my symptoms consistently improved.

 

I can’t speak highly enough about Jade Oasis Wellness. The fact that they take my insurance is an added bonus. I truly believe Emma has a special gift, and I hope more practitioners can learn from her approach — or should I say, “Emma-ulate”.

 

I feel incredibly fortunate that I was able to avoid surgery. It has truly made my life easier, and I’m deeply grateful for the care and support I received from all of the healthcare professionals who helped me throughout this process.​​​​​​
