Auto Insurance Billing

If you are in an auto accident, your Washington auto insurance will pay for your massage therapy treatments to help you recover. Your auto insurance covers you whether the accident was your fault or not. If you were not at fault, your insurance company will recover the expenses from the at-fault company. There should be no negative consequence from opening a claim with your insurance company to pay for your medical care. We are happy to bill your auto insurance for you.

Please note that we offer a significant discount for payments made at the time of service. It is always an option for our clients to pay at the time of service. If you prefer to pay at the time of service and are wanting to be reimbursed by your insurance company, we can provide you with a superbill.

We accept Cash, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, L&I and PIP insurance.  Please contact us for more information.

Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

It will give us a chance to fill that slot and maintain our great pricing and policies.

If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment or are a no call/no show you will be charged 100% of the service

as it hurts our business and we lose the opportunity to provide services for other clients.

Same day appointments are currently available but limited. Please check our website for more information.

Swedish Massage

60, 90 or 120 Minute Session

The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury.

DeepTissue

Deep Tissue Massage

60, 90 or 120 Minute Session

Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The massage therapist will use slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage may be therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.

Trigger Point or Acupressure Therapy

“Trigger point” is the name given to a tight spot in muscle tissue that causes pain or discomfort in other areas of the body. For instance, if you’ve got a trigger point in your back, you may feel pain in your neck. The neck then acts as a satellite trigger point and can often lead to headaches.
All this discomfort is caused by one little tight spot in your muscle. That’s the bad news. The good news is that trigger point therapy helps eliminate this pain and allows you to resume a healthy lifestyle.

Pressure Points
Back Massage

PIP (Personal Injury Protection) insurance and L&I billing related massage.

This form of massage may include any of the above types of massage as well as other massage techniques effective in treating specific injuries. Massage Therapy is increasingly recognized for its benefits in treating injury, relieving pain, and reducing recovery time.

A Prescription from your doctor is required for this service.

Pre-Natal Massage

75 or 90 minute session

Pregnancy massage can help with these changes in your body by reducing stress, decreasing arm and leg swelling, and relieving muscle and joint pain. Massage may be particularly helpful during a time when medication and other medical options may be more limited. Using specially designed massage pillows, the massage therapist will help get you into a comfortable position for this type of massage. Please let us know when booking how far along you are to ensure your comfort.
